Is the earliest known and available build of Windows 95 which predates the Chicago Feature Specification document by more than 2 months. Scene-leaked on 18th September 1992 (~1 month before WfW 3.1 release) in the form an eight-part ARJ folder dump (leakers' identities unknown), mislabeled as "Winball" (Windows for Workgroups 3.1).
