Well, I don't have that but I do have an XP machine with 32 MB Video RAM seem to work fine but won't do fullscreen only compact mode...
With 32 MB vid RAM best not to TRY to maximize as it can cause instability even after going back into compact mode, other than that it should be OK here's shot from THAT particular machine...
Comes with motion editor plus BVH converter AND these early versions you can import Effect3D Models so you can import a 3DS into Effect3D then save that model then import to this iClone...
You can have BG or Trans-
Be sure to turn OFF anti-alias for the trans otherwise artifacts will be all around the figure...
You can merge goofball scenes together-
Or go GREEN!
Use any serial & even though it's OLD don't let it phone home... I'll be sharing Effect3D later...

BTW there's an extra scene file in there too (with the installer) enjoy animation much safer than AI...
On that note looks like Adobe is changing agreements if you use that newest shite you may be in for a big surprise-
