Netroom was a general purpose memory manager like QEMM or 386Max. Netroom used a technique called Cloaking and specially written system and video BIOS, disk cache, and RAM drive to enable moving those functions into upper memory. Logitech mouse drivers after v6.5 used cloaking to load the mouse driver into upper memory.

There are no disk scans. I threw out the disk years ago before I had a scanner.
