The disks are in Apple II GRC format and converted to .DSK format using AppleSauce Disk Analyzer.
It appears to be the CP/M version of Calcstar for Apple II.

    Thanks. I have always wondered how CP/M-80 ran on the Apple II. I've actually had a Z-80 soft card for an Apple II Plus sitting around here forever, but never dug up the software to run it. If I can fix up the Videx card, I should give it a try sometime.

    I guess the applesauce screen shot indicates there were no decoding errors? Just mentioning that the HxC software tool fails to decode a few of of the sectors, but HxC is not very good with GCR.

    Nice Find. @callmejack There is Microsoft Multi-Tool Budget for Apple II and IIe for 125 dollars on ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/135159876850 Microsoft made Multiplan for Apple II and IIe and Microsoft Microsoft Financial Statement for Apple II and IIe. There was CP/M 80 for Apple II.
