[REQ] Kai C++ compiler 3.x Solaris, SunOS and Totalview debugger for Solaris/SunOS

I was able to find some information about this long lost C, C++ compiler, and was lead here

where besides the other UNIXes and other rarities (Cray UnicOS/mp ?!), we have a list of the platforms for which the compiler was available.
Sadly, the download links go to a FTP, which is long gone. I already searched the Archive, and everywhere online, to no avail.
The last hope is finding someone that might have this stashed around in one of their machines.
Similarly for Totalview Debugger, which was quite a good debugger for its day. I'm interested in any old UNIX/Solaris/SunOS version, mostly versions for Solaris 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, SPARC v8 architecture.
I would be eternally grateful for this. Thanks in advance.
