i'm making a win95 vm and i need a key for osr 2.5 if anybody has one

Windows 95 does not require a unique key. In fact, you can edit the msbatch.ini file so it does not ask for a key at all. See https://winworldpc.com/product/windows-95/osr-2.

I know, it is unthinkable these days, but it does not phone home at all.

Thankfully it does not require any sort of ball-and-chain internet account to install and use it either. Why people put up with remote accounts to use their own computer is just insane.
