"You are trying to download too many times." error

I have only downloaded 2 times and this message "You are trying to download too many times" is popping up LIKE WHEN DID I TRY TO DOWNLOAD TOO MANY TIMES?!!? I JUST DOWNLOADED ONLY 2 FREAKING TIMES!!!. I have never seen this before. I have even tried different browsers but still the same thing. How do I fix this?!!?

    When you go to a download link, it should tell you how many of your daily downloads you have used so far. The number should reset daily.

    If you are using some kind of download accelerator, disable it. They usually operate by trying to download a file multiple times at the same time.

    Well. When I use Motrix to download stuff from WinWorld the amount of downloads change from 0 to 64 which exceeds the daily limit. Idk why this happens.

    Just don't use download accelerators on this site. It won't work.
