Arts & Letters, from Computer Support Corporation, is an easy to use line based illustration package. It competed against Corel Draw, and Micrografx Designer. Features include multitasking, rotation, different viewing levels, shading, color, and image combining. It later repositioned itself as a sign/banner type program like the Print Shop.

Great news! Arts and Letters 3.0 (NOT 3.1) still works in Windows 2.11. And it includes "Decipher" program for converting image formats. Take a look.

UPD: Here are Arts and Letters 3.01 (10-25-90), the very last version to work in Win 2.11. 16 720K disks! It supports 256-color TIFFs and vector graphics. Decipher program already requires Win 3.0. If you need Decipher in 2.11, you have to take it from earlier (3.0) version.
