[Offer] GT Icon Extractor v3.0 for Windows 3.1x
I needed a way to extract icons from Windows 3.1 files and I found this very useful freeware program that could do it. Besides extracting icons from EXE, DLL and VBX files, it was also able to extract them from IL and MVE files from Icon Make-It. By pressing the “Select All” button (second button) it is able to examine all files in the chosen directory and select only those containing icons.
