Mislabel, Microsoft Visual C++ 4.0a for PowerPC

I just confirmed, by running it on the NT4 on Wii mod, that

Might need to be renamed to Microsoft Visual C++ 4.1 not 4.0a.
It does use 4.1 inconsistently, there are areas it refers to itself as "4.0" such as in the start menu, however it certainly states it is 4.1.
