Book and Diskette Sources: none of the uploaded files are my original work. All files were done by others and found using search engines like Yandex and BTDIG. The ePub is the only available format I cound find and a PDF copy was derived from that. Images of the diskette were found at 2 completely different locations/time frames, and they have identical content, timestamps, and diskette serial numbers.

If you are going to dig into understanding the modern Windows registry, this book is a good place to start. Yes I have no doubt there are better, but this one is here, now. Once you see how the Model T version of the registry works, then /maybe/ you can tackle the convoluted mess the Windows 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 registry.
