[OFFER] About 14.5MB of the old DOS software (IBM, Borland, etc.)
There are some 1983-1992 DOS software rescued from the IBM PC/XT machine's 20MB HDD.
It appears that there is no information available on the Internet about half of these programs.
Seems that this XT was used in one of the German branches of IBM from 1986 to the end of 1992.
So, there are English and German software, including IBM, with the "INTERNAL USE" mark.
Unfortunately, I have no floppies, and all software was already preinstalled on the HDD. But I think it's better than nothing.
Most of the software seems to have no copy protection.
For the IBM Assistant packs 1.0 and 2.0, there are notes with a description of the protection system.
Open Access 1.03 requires a Floppy #1 (seems like copy protection), so I don't know how to bypass it...
I tried to remove personal files from the distributions without deleting system files. Looks like all works.
Sorted files packed in the ZIP archives are here: http://files.bs0dd.net/pcxthdd/
