Premise DesignView 1.0 (1989) is an early Windows-based 2D parametric/conceptual CAD tool. It combines sketching with dimensional relationships/constraints, allowing users to modify dimensions and have the drawing updated accordingly. DesignView was developed by Premise, Inc. in the late 1980s and is historically notable as an early constraint-driven "sketch+equations" systems on PC Windows.
