[OFFER] Compaq MS-DOS 4.01 Rev. D (04-12-1990) - (3.5-720k)
After many years of looking I have finally located the elusive Compaq MS-DOS 4.01 on 3.5" 720k disks! It is revision D from 04-12-1990, same revision as the 5.25" 360k version that has been floating around for many years.

These disks were a lucky eBay find and they came tucked in the operations guide for a Compaq SLT 386s/20. They all imaged perfectly with zero errors.
