Beware. The numbering of the disk images is reversed.

If you start from Disk01 like I did, hoping to find an installer on it, you won't.
The installer is located on Disk02.

Doesn't make any sense, therefore:

Disk02.img is the "Installer" disk (which technically should be Disk01.img)
Disk01.img is the "Program 1" disk (which technically should be Disk02.img)
