OS/2 is back - is it possible to download?

I don't see much of a point in it. According to it's own site it handles mainly OS/2, Win16, and DOS. It has limited support for 32 bit programs so I am guessing it has a hackjobed Win32s installed.

Install Odin, full Win32 support, good as modern Windows like 98 or 2000.
