OK this is terrible. I have to use AIM Express because regular AIM crashes up whenever I try anything. It's ughly and sucks, although the ad can be Adblocked, but then the buddy list looks poor.

No, you'd have to recompile them. They just get run faster by the OS, which CAN take advantage of the A64 instructions.

Spyware is the stuff that I find being loaded up on his computer every couple of days when I boot up his computer in the morning; it's also the stuff that causes me to hit him.
