win 2003 permissions problem

i shared a folder on my server, but i can only access it from my laptop as read only.

ive set all the permissions to admin's = full permission on the permissions and sharing permissions

any ideas?

Is there are firewall up? Also is it on the default drive (C:) if so you need to unshare it and reshare it agian.
