i want to make the text in a web page a certain size, and i want to prevent it from resizing when the user resizes the text. Any ideas?
I never thought about it but have run into text that didn't resize.
Perhaps you could make the text into a graphic image and that
wouldn't resize. I can't think of anything else right now.

However, try telling that to the Muslim extremists. "Oh nos, ur not a muslam!1!!~!1 u hafta be execiuted now!111"
Let's not go touching off something here, afterall people who write webpages in Word are maybe slightly misguided or uninformed, which is VERY far from that cariacture.
Anyway, I agree with you that writing webpages in Microsoft Word is a terrible idea and a travesty to the app itself, viz. a word processor, not a HTML editor.

The most you can do is:
<font size=fontsize></font>
