  • Grr... that means I'll have to make WinImages of all the disks except disk 1.

    Stand by...

  • WAIT!

    I've got it,

Open up WinImage, and select what drive you want. Goto Disk > Format, and at the very bottom, select 'DMF (2048 clusters)'. Now format the disk.

Now it's big enough to store those CAB files!

The Office 3.4 RAR will be updated with these instructions soon.

  • That used to always piss me off when I was little... thinking how'd they fit a 1.6mb cab file on a 1.44mb disk...

Damned microsoft thinking they're heaps good!
  • I used MaxiDisk for that and formated the floppys to 1.68MBs..
  • It looked like too much trouble to me. I burnt it on a CD and booted with a Windows 98 boot disk and copied it to my file on the partition. After disk 1 it found the rest of the disks itself. I hope that you have the things to do that and this is helpful.
  • I always hated those damn 1.6 MB CAB files. A Windows 95 CD, an old laptop with no CD Drive and No OS, and only 4 floppies dont match. Trust Me.
  • I think bringing old topics from dead is better than create new ones...
  • And it's not even that this one was buried behind pages, like some in Random Crap.
