SuSE Setup

I need some help with SuSE! I'm going to be configuring a webserver on SuSE on Monday, and I need to know how to add users to SuSE.

Any other tips are appreciated.

    Yes Tom, it's multi user based. I'm configuring my school's massive webserver which is SuSE based. It's probably going to be hostng a small space for each student, meaning 500+ users.

    It's going to be a subdirectory type system like:

    http://www.epecweb.ednet.ns.ca/~user~.

    I'm not concerned how to add users to the web, I just need to know howto make users in general, like there's root, I need to know how to make others (ie: eavisjd etc.)

    If you have Control Center, go into that and click on "Security and Users" or whatever it's called and it's somewhere in there.
    I think you can configure user accounts through YaST (or YaST2) if you have it.

    use command adduser

    syntax you can read in `man adduser`
