ISO files are CD Images. So you might use something like Nero or NTI to write the image to a CD, or if you want to copy the files out to your desktop or hard drive, WinRAR, WinISO, and others can open and extract files from .ISO files.

Or if you get Nero 6.x you can use Nero ImageDrive and "mount"the image to simulate a real CD, groovy stuff

WinImage is free and opens (extracts only) ISO-files

I like Alchol 120% for mounting ISO's.
And 43 mb is not big. I have ISO's that are 720 MB (LH)

the new Winimage can mount ISO's and BIN images.
I use that and it works good. Or I"ll use Nero6, but 5.5.9 seems to work better for me

I use Daemon tools to mount virtual images, I can set up to 4 virtual drives at once. Plus it supports a bunch of image formats.

I think the best thing to mount is daemontools.
You needn't get so huge shit like alcohol or virtual CD.
