Throbber in Explorer

Is there any way to change the throbber in Windows Explorer to any animated image you want? I'm sorta getting sick of the waving windows xp flag...

yup tweakUI is what you want.... its very easy to change it.....

theres probably a way to change it without tweakUI i'd be interested in hearing it if anyone knows...
