Is the version of NT 3.51 Server available an ISO containing the i386 folder (like 4 ws) or just a rar of it?

  • Let me check...

It's an RAR of the ISO of the whole [CS]ing thing.

  • Aw crap. What about Workstation?
  • Why? Do you want just the RAR of the I386 directory?

  • does this mean i gotta find my NT 3.51 svr disc again?
  • Actually, it might be an idea to also offer only the setup dir for the versions you have the full CD for.

Ive wanted to do that the whole time since noone uses "Windows 95 Tour!" and things, and it saves soooo much space and bandwidth.
  • damned online services crap
  • or... delete the folder
  • But that saves time by never installing it in the first place, and also not installing IE, MSN, or Windows Exchange.
  • i mean delete it from the install directory
  • You can check off the box that says MSN, and Exchange, etc. LOL
  • Delete the i386 folder from nt server, and copy it from nt workstation.
You'll get a complete nt Workstation CD.

    Wow, Is that true?
  • I wouldn't be surprised if the add-ons were the same. With 2000, they said the deployment wizard (deploy.cab) was on the Server CD, but I found it on Pro.
