    I'm not sure about "Lunar Windows", but I HAVE heard of "Windows LUNA", which is a Windows theme.

    I know but it is available to download from the OSBA ftp's....

    I don't believe there is any true version of Windows called "Luna, or Lunar', however, Luna is the default desktop theme on Windows XP, like Q said.
