Sometimes the server is under heavy load and cant accept any mroe connections.

Yea Citymail is notorious for going obscenely slowly. Unfortunately its FTP is also defunct now.

The full installer does not fit on one.
The installed version with removed unneded drivers... well... maybe...

Cant you have a download for the base files and needed drivers, and a download for the extra UnNeeded drivers? Then you just extract them to a disk...
