HELP! Problem Listing

I just got through setting up my FTP with the help of Topher and every time I set it up before it wouldnt list... It still doesnt... My FTP is ntl1991.bounceme.net Port 2550
User: Uploads (Capital U)
Pass: uploader (Not Capital U)

It connects but it doesnt LIST the files... Does anyone know whats wrong? I have all permissions needed set...

    what are u using for ftp? if it it filezilla, go back to your set up and click list

    Normally, and passive mode just sits there after "LIST" and then gives:
    Error:	Transfer channel can't be opened. Reason: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
Error:	Could not retrieve directory listing

    Can you use TCP/21, or does your ISP block this?

    I think it's OK, why what would I do? Set the Port Fowarding to 21?

    Forward port 21 to the machine, change the FTP server to work on that port, and change any firewall soft accordingly.

    I dont have firewall on this PC and it's done so whoever tries it tell me...
