Win98 SE setup - MSBATCH.INF

I need to know what exactly can go in this file? I need a complete (as possible) of the variables and stings that can go in here... I'm trying to make a bootable CD.... Please help. Here's what I already know that must be in there:

Crap, my computer with the password problem is where i saved my 98SE cd and cant find my CD of it..

Mount the HD in another PC if it's that important.

I have a regular CD, can I use that to give u it?

Use MS Batch Setup. tools\reskit\batch\batch.exe

Umm... I only have the \tools DIR for Windows 98 First Edition.... I need the one for SE....
