It's the Virtual CD driver the A120% installs. I remember this because when I uninstalled it didn't uninstall THAT, so it took me forever to remove it and get it so A120%'d install again.

hmmm. how do i remove it from starting when windows attempts to start then?
i thing i know what is causing the BSOD too. The drive map changed when i reinstalled windows so now drive E is now F or something like that. Quite annoying actually.

anyway...Fixed it all by my lonesome self.
I went into the RC and disabled the service.
