Chaning fonts in windows 3.1

Sup guys im wondering if theres a way to change to fonts of icon test and menu bars? if so how . thanks guys

    I think you can only choose between Large Fonts and Small fonts.
    You can also change some system fonts. In system.ini (or win.ini)...
