FTP login from a certain IP

Is it possible to restrict logins with ProFTPd to being from a certain IP? I want to log in to a certain account from 192.168.* but nowhere else. BTW it's running through inetd.

    NVM, it would entail compiling a new module, I don't want to reinstall GCC. I'll just put the user in /etc/ftpusers and take it out as necessary.
