no its fish's problem cause he needs to find or setup a smtp server

It's probably sent, but gives that error becuase it can't notify the person taht they have a PM via email, just like it posts when email notification is on.

I don't see why fish doesn't make his own SMTP server...

I fixed it, Clean kept changing the thing under "WinBoards" but his firefox kept changing the user/pass to the smtp.

1&1 UK limits how many emails you can send per hour (fail)
