Help with Router Settings?

My server doesn't work anymore since I hooked up my
broadband router. I don't see how to block or unblock
any ports but could it be because some of these things
are disabled? Help will be appreciated. It's my first
encounter with a router.

Goto Applications and Gaming and you'll see the ports... Remote Managment is fine disabled and the other one is fine too...

ok i have a question..... (dont' hit me!) what is DMZ?

I haven't had an encouter with a router before either...

DMZ is basically where all ports are fowarded to one machine so it isn't protected by the firewall.

From the Linksys help on my router.

DMZ - DeMilitarized Zone

The DMZ Host setting can allow one local user to be exposed to the Internet. As local user wish to use some special-purpose service such as internet game or Video-conferencing, fill in the IP address and click Apply button, 0 is inactive. As you want to enable this setting, be sure you need this service, any firewall protection of the local DMZ host will be disable.

Thanks Steve, I've got tired of thinking about it after
two days work but I'll go back now that I know what
you just told me and see if I can get it to work.
AT&T sent it to me without any information and
had a place to set it up online. I searched AT&T's
site and can't find it. The Linksys site said to use
my CD which I didn't get. I should have bought my
own broadband router.

What you want to do is click "UPnP Forward"

I have no such option. I've searched what I do have
and it's not there. None of the other stuff you
showed is there either.
There's only the six places to go on the top menu
and there's nothing like that. Maybe AT&T set this
one up differently. They only have one working
phone port as well and state so but all the info
from Linksys shows two working phone ports.
The screen shot at the bottom may show something
not enabled that I need enabled though.

Ah, I found it I think under Administration. It's just
UPnP_____Oenable______Odisable
and the radio button for enable is selected.
Nothing happens when I click on the UPnP, it's not
live.
