How exactly do you upgrade a phpBB installation? Do you just delete all the files and select the upgrade option at the installation (all the data would be in a MySQL database)?
You'd lose any mods you have installed, if you dont have any or dont mind losing them, use the chanegd fiels package, if you don't want to lose them, use the patch file, although I think it only works in *nix, not sure though
