Cant Install copy of NT4 Server from WW

When I do try to install, I cant.

In Win98, i get this:

Setup was unable to install Windows NT Boot Loader.

Any ideas? Im thinking some files are missing

Make sure you're not installing to a FAT32 partition.

Err, but theres no other way for me to install NT [except from Win98, which, is obivously, on a FAt32 partition.]

Did you burn it as a "Bootable CD"? Is your BIOS Boot order correct?

Nope, whenever i do a bootable CD in nero it stuffs up.

And BIOS: Im using Virtual PC 2004; it boots automatically

Your using VPC, you can load the CD as an ISO, right?

BUT THE CD is not in iso format, its in a .rar with the I386 [or whatever] folder

You need to add a file named "CDROM_S.40" to the cd's root directory.
This file is a text file containing the letters JBCE on the first row and a blank second row.
