How to bypass the os check - windows 95 setup

hi every1, i would like 2 know how to bypass the os check in the windows 95 setup program. i am running windows xp.

    What exactly would be the *point* of that? You can't install 95 over XP :|.

    well with xp running on a system, its specs probably out do 95 anywaay,,, i dont think it worked on over 64mb or something

    yeah it did, maybe 256 or something. Probably the 512MB fuckup in 98?

    Yes the 512 of ram problem does exsist in 95 (Mr Microsoft said it did anyway) but I beleive if you have anything over 768 meg of ram the system doesn't boot or boot properly. Though don't hold me to that one as I can't remeber if it's true or not.

    I'm pretty sure it's true since I've seen 98 fuck up with 512MB. It's a known bug. Should be a patch out there somewhere but why bother when you could just use 2000.
