It's a worthwhile attempt, but...

I just discovered Windows Vista's attempt at copying System 8/9's "Coach marks": "Guided Help".

Problem is, it looks a little silly, the idea and, even worse, the icon is a BLATANT appropriation of various Macintosh counterparts and... it's really easy to confuse it.

For example:

Set the start menu option to "Expand control panel".

Load Windows help

Search for "show file extention"

Select the first choice ("Show or hide file name extensions (Guided Help)")

Select either option and watch it not know how to deal with the control panel menu!
