New Web IRC Client

I replaced CGI:IRC with PJIRC. It's a significantly better Java-based applet, and it's more appealing to the eye.

A bonus is it will use your hostname instead of the server hostname.

yeah and in Firefox I noticed like the top ten pixels of the IRC client is going under the WinWorld logo.

1. PJIRC is better than CGI:IRC, even if it uses Java.
2. Nothing is getting "cut off". I just tested it, and it works fine in both Firefox and IE.

I don't install .NET framework either.

I just find Java slow and iritating in general.

You could put WebIrc and IRC:CGI on the website and ask the user to chose too, I had to install java.
