Help! Flash to Mpeg converter needed!

Hey guys,

I've been recently assigned my film studies project. My group took the footage and i was asked to edit. I managed to do a nice intro in adobe after effects and i exported the file as an swf. Adobe priemiere pro does not read swf files. So i need a converter urgently! Please help! I would very much appreciate even the smallest amount of help!

Can't you export it as something else in AfterEffects?

Well yes, but i was too stupid and just saved it as then and never saved the main file.

Just play it in flash and use windows media encoder to capture that part of the screen.
