Nice game! I've just played it on DOSbox....

I loved the music, but the whole game reminds me to Outrun 2019 (Sega Genesis / MegaDrive).....

I think that it was based on this game, here's an screenie of it, but you'll notice the similarities by playing it:

I doubt it. They clearly state what the predecessor was, and given it came from Estonia right after their independence, I could believe that they hadn't seen much else.
