Registration Fixed

Apperantly there were some problems with some halfarsed reCaptcha stuff (thanks duff) preventing new user registration. I've (hopefully) fixed that now, if you still can't register, leave some mail at admin -at- winboards -dot- net or drop by IRC (efnet #winboards).

    It was working up until yesterday, when I tried to snip it out since it was busted anyway, obviously cut the wrong thing.
