Some Simple Site Improvements
Yesterday I took some time to make a couple basic improvements to WinWorld.
1. I rewrote parts of our About page so it's less fragmented and easier to read. I also added a screenshot of an old version of WinWorld - if you have any earlier screenshots or copies of WinWorld, send them to me.
2. I changed the page footer around a bit and replaced the W3C XHTML validation link with two smaller buttons for XHTML and CSS.
3. Every page is now 100% XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant, with the exception of downloads_s1/s2 (see below).
4. The downloads section now uses an iframe to show the server listings. I know, iframes are evil and they make the XHTML invalid, but it's the easiest way to "integrate" the download listings.

Doesn't it feel weird looking back at some things?
Yep. Those were the days.
