duel booting windows 7 and xp

I have windows 7 on my computer right now and i just installed other hard drive in my computer. Is there a way to duel boot windows xp and 7 with windows 7 all ready installed. i don't feel like reinstalling windows 7. thanks for the help i can get.

Haven't installed Windows fresh for a while but surely there's a 'New installation' feature when you boot from either the Windows 7 or XP disks?

If you still have the Windows 7 install disk just go ahead and install XP
and see what happens. You can, and probably will have to, boot to the
Windows 7 install disk and fix the MBR.

i still have windows 7 install disk. had to use it once to fix mbr. i put linux on it to duel boot but linux figure it wanted to be the only os on here and didn't add windows 7 to it's boot list. so i restored windows 7 to boot again.
