[Fixed] Avatar CP page issue

I don't know if any one else is having this issue, but for quite sometime I have not been able to get the avatar page up in my control panel.
I thought I'd just shout out the fact here.

It's fine, but we may need to escalate matters and begin bludgeoning Duff with a large object until he actually fixes it.
