Running NeXT Step or Openstep in Virtual PC

I REALLY Want to run a version of NeXT on a VM but i haven't had any luck
can anybody help me?

    Virtual PC 5.x or lower is needed. I've never seen any of the *steps or Rhapsody run on anything newer, including VMware or VirtualBox.
