Will Windows XP be able to download after the end of support or anytime on this site?

XP won't qualify our criteria for abandonware for at least another two years, at a minimum. Even then if it still seeing widespread usage and support, we most likely won't host it.

Was just browsing around the lifecycle site and stumbled across this:

Apparently the "Note" recommendation for Windows NT 3.1 users is to upgrade to Windows 8.
