I think the At&t unix download is corrupted because my ImgBurn says it is, and Oracle VM Virtualbox won't boot either. I would appreciate someone look in to it.
The enclosed images are floppy images so of course ImgBurn wouldn't handle it. You should be able to just mount the .IMG files directly as a floppy in VirtualBox, or WinImage should be able to handle them; however SysV R4 is pretty old and VirtualBox may emulate hardware that's too new for it to like.
