I am actually developing a site for the church in HTML+CSS. Since I thought activating TIME will be good for better loading of the site, I request one copy of Vizact 2000.

You are aware that is designed for something only IE5/6 supported decently and will probably break on modern browsers, right?

Instead of wasting your time waiting for someone to provide you with an ancient copy of software designed for ancient browsers, you could be learning proper web standards and make a site that will actually work in other browsers besides IE...
