[FIXED] Visual Basic 6.0 Enterprise

I downloaded this and all I got was a txt file - no program. What happened?

    In the software library it shows that the size of this file is approx 708 bytes. When I downloaded this file, there was no software, only a winworldpc txt file. Please fix this b/c I need this program. Thank you!!!!!!

    Does anyone have a copy of Visual Basic 6 beta builds? Any are fine. The link on the servers doesn't seem to work
