putting win98 on vmware virtual machine

i downloaded the win98 vmware virtual machine os but dont know how to get it on vmware. help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Extract the 7zip file into a directory of your choosing, and just open VMWare Player and go to Player>File>Open. Pick the file from the appropriate location. If it asks about if you moved or copied the VM when you run it for the first time, click "I copied it".
